# PAGCOR 目標 2027 年退出自營賭場：Casino Filipino 民營化，預估籌 200–300 億披索

菲律賓博弈監管機關 PAGCOR 董事長兼執行長 Alejandro Tengco 10 月表示，PAGCOR 目標在 2027 年第三或第四季退出賭場經營，方式是把自營的 Casino Filipino 民營化。據 [Philstar](https://www.philstar.com/business/2026/10/14/2562962/pagcor-targets-casino-exit-2027?ref=news.ezslotdesign.com)，國營事業治理委員會 GCG 預計 10 月內把拆分建議送交總統府，總統核准後就開始執行。

## 規模、買家與虧損

Tengco 說，PAGCOR 旗下共有 35 家賭場，12 家完全自營，23 家和民間夥伴營收分成。PAGCOR 預估出售可籌得 200 億到 300 億披索，估值未定。Tengco 說，已有現有執照業者表達興趣，包括 Entertainment City 的大型業者；他也預期分成夥伴會出價買下自己經營的據點。Casino Filipino 2025 年約虧 60 億披索，2026 年預估至少虧 70 億，Tengco 歸因於人事成本。

## 背景：球員兼裁判
